2017 is coming to a close!

2017 saw Cornerstone taking quite a bit of time away from the field. For various personal reasons (surgeries, vacations, other interests, etc) we decided to sit back and lay low and only do a few locations and events of particular interest. However, now that December has rolled around, we're taking stock of things and looking forward into 2018. We've decided to grow our team and have been recruiting new team members. That is a slow process for us, as we're very picky about who we work with and how we do things. People who are thrill seekers and want to spend a few hours investigation, but not putting in the behind the scenes efforts that we require simply don't do well with us.

We've also negotiated with one of our favorite locations in Cincinnati to go back and become the "house team" again. The Heritage Village, located in Sharon Woods, is by far the most unique location your team could ever investigate. It holds 12 buildings that have been moved from their original SW Ohio location to this one place for long term historical preservation. Each building has its own story, its own unique "things" and in many cases, its own paranormal revelations. Previously, our team has investigated this location on more than 30 locations, and rarely do we not have something or another of note happen while there. There has not been a paranormal investigation of the property in more than a year, so going back to see how things are now will be interesting. In early 2018, we'll be opening the property back up for private investigations and public tours as well with our team. Stay tuned for more information!

Open, Public Investigation at the Heritage Village Museum - May 10th 7PM

For the first time, an open investigation at the Heritage Village Museum located in Sharon Woods in the Cincinnati suburb of Sharonville. 13 buildings reported to be active in one location. Never before have you had a chance to research and investigate 13 buildings with different history, different occurrences, different everything. Try a method or theory in one building, then go to the next and have to try something new completely. There is no other place you've had a chance to investigate like the Heritage Village. Activity and experiences so intense, that if you see a Park Ranger around, ask them about coming into the buildings (hint: they'll be honest and tell you up front they do not like doing so after dark). Join us Saturday May 10th starting at 7pm. Limited to just 20 people (5 groups of 4 spread out around the village so you don't interfere with each other) you'll have 5 hours to investigate the most active buildings on the property. Last weekend to check out the Heritage Village!

This weekend, Oct 25th and 26th, is your last chance for a mini-investigation with Cornerstone Paranormal at the Heritage Village in Sharon Woods. The investigation is capped to 25 people, we split you up with experienced investigators and their equipment. One special treat this weekend is that on Saturday night, you'll also get to investigate with our canine investigator Sophie! You'll have a chance to see how she reacts in the village (she hasn't been there yet to investigate, so you'll get to experience her reactions with us for the first time!). Ongoing research

As our October winds down and we finish with presentations and community service that we like to volunteer for, we will be taking a few weeks off then getting back to our research. We'll be revisiting the Heritage Village several times to conduct ongoing research. We're also coordinating with several entities (no pun intended) to help provide us with some advanced education in meteorology and other sciences. We're also in the planning stages of meeting with an elementary school class that has been researching their own school. As a reward for good grades, the principal has contacted us about bringing these students and their parents into the school one weekend to investigate their own school!

Having the opportunity to really do some research, do help educate young minds on what might be possible is something that our team was originally formed to do. Having these opportunities presented to us are simply the best possible scenarios that we could have hoped for.

Heritage Village at Sharon Woods

Coming through the month of October, join Cornerstone Paranormal at the Heritage Village at Sharon Woods (Cincinnati, Ohio) for haunted investigations.

Running Friday and Saturday nights, tour 5 of the 9 buildings on location with your paranormal equipment from 10-midnight or 1230- 230 am. You can also tour from 6-10 pm to just see the village, but you'll have no paranormal equipment or access to investigate.

The Heritage Village has long been reported as haunted by staff and even the park rangers. However, until just recently paranormal investigators were not allowed to check things out. Cornerstone was contacted by the village after a change in leadership, and after investigating and finding quite a bit of evidence, they have opened the doors for private investigations as well as public tours. We were even chosen as the house team, giving us research access to the location over longer periods of time.
